Love is often expressed as an action and experienced as a feeling.
When you love yourself and love others, you are able to experience joy.

However, what does it mean to love freely?

The more freely you offer love, the more it fills you. Great individuals like Mother Theresa were able to inspire us by their ability to love freely, without any expectation. Her capacity to extend love to others without wanting anything in return was truly remarkable.
